Terms of Service

Last updated: February 16, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the APIs, services, and website (collectively, the "Services") provided by Case Distribution AI, Inc. doing business as Pylon AI ("Pylon," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Pylon API, MCP server, or related service, you ("User," "you") agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Pylon provides pay-per-request utility APIs accessible via HTTP. Payments are processed using the x402 protocol with USDC on the Base blockchain. No API keys, accounts, or subscriptions are required — payment is embedded in each request.

3. Payment

  • Each API call requires a micropayment via the x402 protocol.
  • Prices are listed on our website and in API responses (HTTP 402).
  • All payments are in USDC on the Base network and are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems.
  • Use the Screenshot, HTML-to-PDF, or similar APIs to access internal or private networks (SSRF attacks).
  • Submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Services (open-source components excluded).
  • Resell or redistribute API outputs in a way that competes directly with Pylon's Services without permission.
  • Exceed reasonable usage volumes intended to degrade service for others (denial-of-service).

5. AI Agent Usage

Our Services are designed for use by both humans and autonomous AI agents. If you deploy an AI agent that uses Pylon APIs:

  • You are responsible for all actions your agent takes through our Services.
  • You must ensure your agent complies with these Terms.
  • You accept that each API call made by your agent constitutes agreement to pay the listed price.

6. Availability & SLA

We strive to maintain high availability but provide the Services "as is" without uptime guarantees. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time. We are not liable for any downtime, errors, or interruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

  • API outputs (screenshots, PDFs, QR codes, etc.) generated from your inputs belong to you.
  • The Pylon brand, website, and proprietary code remain our property.
  • Open-source components are governed by their respective licenses.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PYLON AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pylon and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
